To Install: 1) pull the straps out of the rear pocket, 2) wrap around handlebars, 3) refasten for a secure fit.
product care
For any stains, just apply a dab of dish soap onto the stain and gently rub it with a damp towel or old toothbrush. All of the fabrics are nonabsorbent so with a little diligence, it will come clean.
