THE TERRY GUARANTEE

Ride it. Wear it. Love it or Return it*. We're proud of the products we sell and we back them unconditionally. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Terry purchase, simply return it for a credit or refund* within a year of your purchase.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. 
  • Click here to start your return/exchange.
  • If you choose to "Returns Coverage" at checkout you will not be charged for your return label.
  • If you opted out of "Returns Coverage" at checkout then you will be charged $9 for your return label; fee is subject to change

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not provide labels for international returns, so you must take the return to the carrier of your choice and follow the instructions on your return confirmation email to ship the item(s) back to us. Address is Terry Cycling, 7 Ambrose Place, Burlington, VT USA 05401.

EUROPEAN UNION & EFTA - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALl 

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to unconditionally withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within that 14-day period, and then return the item(s) to us within a further 14 days of that notification.

  • Once you submit your withdrawal request, any unshipped items will be canceled immediately. For items that have already shipped, we'll generate a return shipping label on your behalf; the estimated label cost will be deducted from your refund. By submitting a withdrawal request, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the estimated label cost is greater than the value of the item(s) being returned, we cannot deduct the difference from your refund. In that case, you'll be provided our return address and shipping instructions and will need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned item(s) are received.

EXCHANGES

  • Use the return process flow above to process your exchange or return and place a new order.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Terry does not provide free return shipping unless you have selected "returns coverage" at checkout.
  • Items returned within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items returned after 30 days, for up to a year, will be credited to a Terry Gift Certificate.
  • Product returned for refund or exchange must be in new or salable condition. Terry reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for products returned in used or abused condition.
  • Returns are processed within one week of receipt at our facility and a return e-mail will be sent when this process is complete.
  • Please include all care tags and packaging with your return, and include your name, address, phone and email information. Refunds may be delayed if this information is missing.
  • Please wear undergarments when trying on cycling bottoms.
