Beartooth La Femme

There’s something powerful about a start line filled entirely with women, nerves in the air, laughter echoing off brick buildings in downtown Red Lodge, and 31 miles of climbing waiting ahead.

The Beartooth La Femme Ride isn’t just a tour up a mountain. It’s a shared ascent... a collective decision to take on one of the most breathtaking, demanding roads in Montana together.

From 5,555 feet in elevation at the start to the summit of Beartooth Pass at 10,947 feet, riders quite literally double their elevation. Sixty-two miles round trip. Big sky overhead. Thin alpine air near the top. A road that winds skyward in a way that makes you feel both small and incredibly strong.

And the most powerful part? Every single rider is a woman.

Riding the Edge of the Sky in Montana

Montana has always carried a sense of scale: big skies, big terrain, big challenges. Landscapes that make you feel small in the best possible way. It’s the kind of place that demands courage and rewards determination.

The Beartooth La Femme Ride takes that terrain and reframes it through the lens of community. This isn’t about proving something to anyone else. It’s about showing up for yourself and for the women riding beside you.

At Terry Cycling, supporting women in sport isn’t a campaign, it’s our foundation. We were built on the belief that women deserve cycling apparel designed specifically for them. Gear that performs, fits and empowers riders!

That’s why we are proud to create the Limited Edition Soleil Top for the Beartooth La Femme riders.

Outfitting this ride aligns perfectly with who we are: A brand dedicated to women-first design and a believer in community over intimidation. We are proud to be part of that energy.

And this year, we’re even more excited to be part of the journey, we’re giving away one entry to the Beartooth La Femme Ride on August 17, 2026. Enter here for your chance to win and join this unforgettable climb.
