• stretch gussets at sides of waist aid in on-bike position

• 2 front hand pockets; 1 zippered leg pocket on left leg
• bonded reflective trim on lower leg rear (left)

Chamois
Soft, hygienic, stretch chamois with anatomical shaping for comfort; seamless, monodensity foam with naturally antibacterial cover fabric. Made in Italy.
product care
Remove your shorts and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

Reviews

Good for short rides

"These are great for short rides or on/off rides. Not enough padding for anything over 20 miles. And that was actually a bit too long. The shorts have great pockets, are the perfect length on my petite legs and fit very comfortably. Can easily be worn without the padded liner or a different liner."

Comfortable and cute!

"Bought these in a size S (5'8' F 125lbs) and love the fit and the look! Gives a feminine mountain bike short look while still being practical and functional. Haven't used these for their intended purpose yet (long multi-day gravel riding) but have bought terry products in the past that have lasted me and I've loved. Wish the chamois was a little denser but overall great well fitted short."

Versatile short with liner

"I bought this because I could wear the shorts with or without the liner. They are not quite as stretchy and comfortable on the bike as a more traditional style of bike short, but I'm keeping them because I like to wear the shorts alone and/or wear the liner under other shorts. They run a little smaller than other Terry brand shorts--I had to order up one size. Love the lilac color!"

Overall, I love these shorts.

"Overall, I love these shorts. Perfect length for me and very comfortable. Had them in a different color and found these so had to buy them. I'd buy more in other colors if they existed. The pockets are perfect also, in my opinion."

Dawn S. (5/5)

Comfortable

"Great fit and comfortable with or without the bike liner. Would buy again!"

Pam L. (5/5)

Metro short 7

"Comfortable short, padding is not bulky. True to size. My only complaint is that the outer short layer rides up to reveal the black inner layer when peddling."

The 7" and Regular Shorts Do Not Fit the Same

"I love the 7" short. I'm not a fan of baggy, saggy, droopy mountain bike shorts. The medium fits perfectly (5'10", 136 lbs). Finally, a pair of shorts that don't have a huge gap in the waist. Other reviews mention that the liner rides up, but the legs don't ride up any more than my road shorts naturally do. The thickness is perfect for an mtb ride, and the shape makes them appropriate for running errands on my bike or going to lunch after a ride (after removing the liner after a ride, of course). I liked them so much, I bought the regular length, too, hoping it would be sized equivalently, just longer. Not so. There is a gap at the waist, and the whole short is roomier. Womp womp. I'll still use them, but not with the same enthusiasm nor regularity as the shorter one. 5 stars for the 7", 3 stars for the long length."

WHEN WILL XS BE BACK IN STOCK

"I would really like to see this available again"

Kendra S. (5/5)

Cute but run very small

"These are cute but way too small. I sized up from my regular size and and these were just too small around the waist. I sent them back"

Metro 7 Short Meets All My Needs & Wants

"The material of this short is flexible, durable, and smooth [no roughness rubbing skin or chaffing]. The length is ideal, covering a traditional chamois but not so long as to extend far beyond. I appreciate the functional femininity of the style and materials. The pockets are convenient; they are deep so contents don't fall out, roomy enough to not be bulky when filled, and the side zipper pocket provides additional secure storage in non-restricting location."
