The Breakaway Knicker, available in black or charcoal, is now one of our most popular bottoms and is made of a silky, lightweight performance fabric that will allow you to use it comfortably in a wide variety of temperatures without overheating or getting sunburned. Equipped with Terry's Fleet chamois with just the right amount of padding for a full day on the bike.

Remove your knickers and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

I love these, eventually

"I bought my first pair at least 6 years ago and they became my favorite biking gear, always my first choice because the padding isn't so darn thick. I like a thinner pad. I finally decided to get another pair. When new the padding is a bit bulky for me and the waistband rolls, BUT I know after wearing and washing they will become as perfect as my original pair."
