"Can’t figure which padding is which but what I bought is fine, a bit less padding than I’d like but overall the fit is very good. I like the waist height and the length. - I’m 5’5”, 125 lbs and bought a medium. (I don’t like my tights super tight). It would be best to describe the padding in more detail."
"I bought the gray color which I love. These have a good padding, and fabric feel. I’m looking forward to more cooler rides thanks to these tights."
"I have been a Terry fan for years! My ride clothes are all "5 stars" by Terry, so I was completely surprised that the Wayfarer tights did not fit me at all. (BTW: I own two Coolweather bike tights and several pairs of Bella shorts, which are a perfect fit and have many miles of riding). The Wayfarer tight length, fabric, and pockets are all great. I was especially interested in the UPF 50+ fabric finish. The problem is the fit: the waist is loose and stretchy, and doesn't fit snug to my waist. The tights slip down from my waist, and as a result, I have to keep pulling them up. In addition, the Chamois seems too big, which is odd, as it looks the same as my other Flex Air Chamois. I am not sure what the problem is, but the pad sticks out the back like a duck tail, and when I am sitting on the bike seat, the narrower front of the Chamois slides forward and up, which is uncomfortable and doesn't provide padding where it is needed most. I decided to only wear these tights in spin class rather than on long-distance, outside rides ;-(. The UPF 50+ fabric is not needed inside, but at least I am getting some use of the tights. I really appreciate the other reviewers' comments and 5-star ratings. Although I was hoping to have the same positive experience, and am disappointed with the Wayfarer tights, I remain a loyal Terry fan!"
"Just the right amount of padding and love the pockets on either side! So comfortable!"
"Great! The pockets are particularly easy to use and big enough."
"I'm a Terry Customer Service Rep. - and avid cyclist, of course - and love to try products. On the taller side 5"7"+, I wanted to try the Wayfarer Capri because of it's 20" inseam, but the leg opening doesn't stay in place and bunches behind my knees and feels awkward. I tried cutting a little slit, though that didn't help either. The solution was using the tight length - too short to be used as a tight on me - but perfect hiked up a bit! I love the matte fabric, fit, high waist, and chamois. Sometimes it's worth thinking outside the box, and now I have another option for taller cyclists!"
"Nice fit, the liner is comfortable and not too bulky. It has a high rise waist which works well for me since I am long-waisted. I'm experimenting with wearing tights for spin class to be more presentable since I have spider veins. I teach several different fitness classes in a row, otherwise, I wouldn't bother to try to cover up my lower legs. TMI?"
"They are not as stretchy in the waist as I would like and I think they are a little baggy in the seat as they get caught in my saddle."
"Very handy pockets, nice high waist. Just the right amount of compression. Great fit"
