With more coverage than shorts and less heat than tights, the Terry Knicker is one of our most popular cycling bottoms for all-season riding. Equipped with an impressive feature package that's ideally suited to touring, the Knicker is also made of our tri-blended fabric which was developed to keep you dry, comfortable and supported all day. It also has our dedicated Flex Air Touring chamois–a step up in padding from the Flex Air. Available in plus sizes, too.

Flex Air Tour Chamois:
Unique to Terry, the Flex Air chamois line offers the best shape and construction for women. The Flex Air Tour takes comfort up a notch with 14 percent more foam for endurance riding. Seamless chamois with 4-way stretch Elastic Interface Technology provides freedom of movement on the saddle; multi-level foam padding is perforated for increased breathability; light, channeled microfiber fabric in Terry pink is antimicrobial and enhances moisture transfer; soft wing construction reduces bulk at inner thigh to avoid chafing. Chamois is made in Italy.

Remove your knickers and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

Not enough cushion and don’t love fabric feel

"I haven’t had a chance to test ride them yet but I don’t like the feel of the fabric which feels like uncomfortable polyester. I generally prefer a smoother feeling fabric on my skin. I’m guessing it’s because of wicking properties? Also, the cushion is not enough for me. It’s much less than a pair of Novara bike capris that I own that is no longer being made and which I liked. I need more cushion than what is on these. Maybe I would like them more if Terry offered them with their max cushion, although it would have to be double he amount of cushion to match my novara capris."

Nice but short

"I’m 5’6” 110lbs, long legs short body. Bought a S, it fits around wise but is too short, the leg bottom hits just below mid knee, I’d prefer it to be below the knee. A M might work better but I’m not up for dealing with shipping back and forth right now. Returning these but may try again in the future."

"I like the material which is a mild comfortable compression. I like the little zipper pocket for my key and that it doesn’t have a hip pocket for the phone which I don’t want. After having melanoma on my thigh I like that it goes just below the knee for more coverage."

"I can ride my bike again!!! I bought these for the Flex Air Tour Chamois and it is great!! No more cranky nether-regions after riding! And the fabric is light enough that I wear these knickers under my Terry Metro bike short since it has great pockets. I would prefer them to be a little longer like the Grand Tour knicker but not a deal breaker. I’ll just wear some fun full length socks when it is cooler. Thank you Terry!! Thicker Weight Knicker
