Really narrow and pretty stiff

"I chose this saddle because it was narrow and I had been struggling with wider saddles that pushed me forward. But wow, I was not at all ready for something this narrow. Also not as padded as I was hoping and stiff, especially around the cut out in the middle. It strikes me as more of a racing type saddle with a little extra gel padding. So if you’re looking for that it might be great for you. I hate to give a bad review but just be careful that this is actually what you’re looking for."

No Hype

"This saddle is as comfortable as they say. I am a tourer/long distance cyclist who is often in the saddle for 10 to 12 hours. I have been using the Liberator Y Gel which is very, very good. But, I kept feeling I needed something narrower and more in line with my more forward posture. This saddle is it! Don't hesitate to give it a try."

Not for me, but might be great for you

"After my wife had great luck with the Butterfly Cromoly Gel, I decided to try the Fly Cromoly Gel. I put one on both my mountain bike and my gravel bike to give it a try. On the mountain bike I did an 11 mile ride with 1,700 ft of elevation gain and we do that particular route at least once a week so I'm pretty familiar with how I feel on it and the saddle was giving me discomfort by mile 5. On the gravel bike I've done a 27 mile ride with 2,200 ft of elevation gain and a 30 mile ride with 1,300 ft of elevation gain. On both rides I experienced numbness about half way through the ride. I really wanted to like this saddle, but it just doesn't feet me well. For me it was too much pressure right on my sit bones which led to pain and discomfort. Otherwise, it seems like a quality saddle and if it works for you, then you'll probably love it."

Fly Gel

"Only have 5 rides in on this saddle. Seems like a winner. Must say your customer service was great. Replaced a saddle immediately that had an edge that was bad. Thanks for that!"

"This is the second or third saddle from Terry. It works very well for me."

Adhesive failure. Falling apart

"Very comfortable. It is falling apart. Both the front and rear of the cover are coming loose. I expected much more from Terry. I own no less than 4 Terry saddles. All have been in use from 5 - 10 years. Hard use. Mountain bike use. This one is going to require some serious adhesive for it to make it through the month....."
