"So far so good! Not too many rides outside (since colder weather)."
"My sit bones seem to have become more sensitive and are no longer happy with the "moderate" padding on my Ergon SR saddle despite its 150mm-ish width (I have wide sit bones) . Thankfully Terry makes a plethora of more generously-padded saddles. I tried both this Raven Ti Gel and the Butterfly Century which are both wide-enough and with sufficient, but still fairly firm, padding (vs. the other Butterfly models), to keep my sit bones happy without feeling like a Barcalounger. However the padding on the Butterfly Century seems to be enough thicker vs. that on the Raven (despite both feeling similar to the touch) that I end up bouncing too much on the Butterfly during hard efforts. The Raven doesn't do this which is great so it definitely fills a niche in the Terry line (i.e., wide but less-thickly padded for more aggressive riding). Otherwise the long cutout/channel seems to work well for my perineum since I do ride a lot in an aero position, and the added length (vs. the Butterfly) allows for more fore/aft movement both of which seal the deal for me vs. the Butterfly. My only quibbles are that: 1) The saddle weighs more than it's much leaner design (vs. the Butterfly) would indicate...though at this crazy-low price (i.e., vs. the $190 Butterfly Century which also has Ti rails & weighs the same) it's hard to expect a weight-weenie saddle, and 2) The Ti rails only have 3cm of fore/aft adjustment (plus the two 1cm "Max" areas) which means that my seat post mast spans the entire 3cm length leaving only +/-1cm of adjustability in the "Max" areas. Terry's other Ti-railed saddles all have a total of 4cm of adjustability (plus the two 1cm "Max" areas) which doesn't sound like much more but can come in handy for those that need it (I have short legs and my saddle normally needs to be pushed forward as much as possible...which is a bit less than I'd like with this version of the Raven). Even stranger is that the regular Raven's Cro-Mo rails have a whopping 7cm of fore/aft adjustability so anyone who needs this added adjustability might want to try that model instead...I haven't but the gel padding of this Ti Gel version feels just right (a bit firmer like that of the Butterfly Century vs. the other more-softly padded Butterfly models)."
"Saddle was no better than my current one , unfortunately"
"Although the seat has a bit more cushion than my current bike saddle, and I ordered it for the design of having a cut-out in the "lady bits" area, this doesn't seem to work for me. It appears to be of good quality; however, I seem to need something other than this (including my current saddle). Am I took picky, or just built wrong?"
"Much more comfortable than original saddle. I'm a big guy and have tried several saddles. Finally, I have a one that allows me to ride further without any pain and discomfort. Great quality."
"This seat is narrow and hard. I think I like it, but I am still deciding."
"Feels so soft I couldn't believe that it would be comfortable for long hard rides. Used it on an olympic triathlon ride and it was great. My legs felt great for the run."
"Perfect saddle regarding comfort and fit from the first ride forward, as if it had been on the bike all along."
