Reviews

Fashionable and the design has

"Fashionable and the design has a bit of character without being too loud. Super comfortable fit."

— Marianna C. (5/5)

Cute comfort

"Very comfortable skort. . . looks fun, too. I'm wearing the skort to work out at the gym(which has very firm seats) and wearing while riding the semi-recombant bike."

— Kristina M. (5/5)

Poor Fit for Me

"The sizing on this was off for me. I think I am between sizes. The waist fit, but there was a bulging on the back just below the waist band. Otherwise the quality was great, padding was good, and the pattern is cute."

— Kristi B. (3/5)

trixie

"kinda fun riding in a skort! wasn't sure about the fit but it was fine on the bike"

— Julie S. (4/5)

Trixie Skort

"Love this skort. Very comfortable and doesn’t catch on my bike saddle!"

— Rosemary S. (5/5)

Recreational skort

"Cute skirt bike pants combo but padding not good enough multi day biking or long bikes"

— Maria P. (4/5)

Cute and versatile

"Very cute and true to size. I usually wear a Small and bought a Med since this is a new brand to me. They are roomy, but fine. I wish the pockets were in the bike shorts instead of outside on the skirt for more secure storage. I see these being a summertime staple!"

— Kathleen O. (4/5)

Unfortunately not for me.

"I wanted to love this skort. Looked and sounded wonderful, but the fit was not right for me."

— Lisa P. (3/5)

Comfort & Beauty

"Very comfortable & beautiful skort in which to ride my bike. Large usable pockets. Great purchase!"

— Jo (5/5)

Love the design.

"I love the skirt design. I am able to wear it with almost anything. In regards to the shorts, I have “significant” thighs and was afraid they would cut into my thighs while riding. They did not after a 3 hour bike ride and the cushion padding was very comfortable. The waist was not too tight. I give it 4 stars only because when I would get on and off the seat saddle, the skirt part would sometimes catch on my saddle"

— Philippa C. (4/5)

Q&A

Questions & Answers

The Trixie Bike Skort is built for real hours in the saddle, not just short outings. Its attached liner uses Terry's Fleet Air Lite chamois, an ultra-breathable, low-bulk pad with seamless 4-way stretch Elastic Interface construction and multi-level foam padding perforated for ventilation. That means the Trixie Bike Skort supports many happy hours in the saddle on regular and longer rides. If most of your riding stays comfortable, the undercarriage is designed for distance rather than brief errands, so you get genuine cycling comfort under a feminine silhouette.

Yes. The Trixie Bike Skort is for riders who want a feminine silhouette but refuse to trade away cycling comfort. Terry describes it as feminine but fierce, with an undercarriage designed for distance. Beneath the skirt panel sits an attached liner with the Fleet Air Lite chamois, giving you the same saddle support you'd expect from a cycling short. The Trixie Bike Skort lets riders who aren't drawn to traditional kit stay genuinely comfortable while looking the way they want on the bike.

The Trixie Bike Skort uses Terry's Fleet Air Lite chamois, a seamless pad with 4-way stretch Elastic Interface Technology, multi-level foam padding, and perforation for ventilation. It's a low-bulk, breathable pad rather than a high-compression endurance pad, made in Italy with soft-wing construction that reduces bulk at the inner thigh to avoid chafing. This matters because the Trixie Bike Skort prioritizes lightweight breathability and all-day comfort over heavy padding, keeping you cool and chafe-free across many hours in the saddle.

The Trixie Bike Skort is designed to stay put without feeling restrictive. The skirt has an extra-wide waistband with just a thin elastic at the top, so it sits securely without digging in. The attached liner has a 6 inch inseam with hidden elastic leg bands that keep the shorts from riding up while you pedal. For riders who want a secure fit that doesn't feel compressive or tight, the Trixie Bike Skort balances a relaxed waistband with a liner that stays in place.

The Trixie Bike Skort uses the minimal-compression Fleet Air Lite chamois, tuned for breathable, low-bulk comfort over many hours. If your riding leans toward long, hard, all-day efforts and you want the single highest-compression, endurance-grade pad in Terry's skort line, the Rebel Bike Skort is the better fit, with its Flex Air Lite chamois, high compression, and attached 8-inch liner. Choose the Trixie Bike Skort when you want feminine style and genuine distance comfort; step up to the Rebel Bike Skort when maximum all-day support is the priority.

Both share the same feminine Trixie silhouette and integrated liner approach, but the Trixie Mesh Bike Skort features a mesh skirt panel for more ventilation. The standard Trixie Bike Skort pairs its Fleet Air Lite chamois with Terry's custom 360 degree prints, which are unique to Terry. If you ride in warmer conditions and want a more ventilated skirt panel, the Trixie Mesh Bike Skort is worth considering; if you want the established printed version with proven distance comfort, the standard Trixie Bike Skort is your pick.

Yes to both. The Trixie Bike Skort comes in Terry's custom 360 degree prints, which are unique to Terry and part of what's made this skort a hit since its introduction. It also includes dual outer hip pockets for small essentials on the ride. For riders who want a feminine skort that expresses personality through distinctive patterns while still carrying what they need, the Trixie Bike Skort combines exclusive prints with practical storage in one all-in-one piece.

It can be a strong starting point. The Trixie Bike Skort is an all-in-one design for riders who want a feminine presentation on the bike without the self-consciousness of fitted traditional shorts. Its skirt panel provides coverage while the attached Fleet Air Lite liner delivers real saddle comfort, so you don't sacrifice function for confidence. Drawing on Terry's decades of designing for women cyclists, the Trixie Bike Skort lets newer riders feel at ease in how they look while still getting chamois support for longer rides.

If you prefer a plain, unpatterned skirt, the Trixie Bike Skort's signature custom prints may not suit you. And if your priority is chamois grade over silhouette, a dedicated short, such as the Touring Bike Short for endurance touring, may serve you better. Riders who want a simple cover-up to wear over existing shorts should look at the Mixie Bike Skirt rather than an integrated skort. The Trixie Bike Skort earns its place when you want feminine prints and built-in distance comfort together.
