In an effort to make our best bike short even better, we maxed her out. The Bella Max has the same sublime satin matte, high compression fabric as our best-selling Bella, but with this additional trifecta: slightly longer (1.5") for more muscle support and coverage; outfitted with our most padded Flex Air Max chamois; slight panel alteration to accommodate the addition of a pocket.

Proudly designed, cut and sewn in the USA at a green energy-certified facility, supporting local jobs and the highest standards in quality and fit.

Chamois
Flex Air Max Chamois:
The Flex Air Max was developed to provide an extra level of comfort by adding two additional foam layers in key positions on the chamois surface. This multi-density approach is combined with Terry’s innovative shaping and soft wing technology. Seamless chamois with 4-way stretch Elastic Interface Technology provides freedom of movement on the saddle; multi-density foam padding is perforated for increased breathability; light, channeled microfiber fabric in Terry pink is antimicrobial and enhances moisture transfer; soft wing construction reduces bulk at inner thigh to avoid chafing. Made in Italy.

Remove your shorts and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

Wonderful Chamois!

"These shorts have a great Chamois. That’s why I ordered them, and they did not disappoint. I wish all Bella shorts used the air flow max for the layer of higher density at the sits bones. It is a great feeling and what I am seeking for my rides which are usually on the long side. The pocket in the shorts is very handy and stretches to accommodate a large cell phone. The fabric of the shorts themselves is not my favorite. They are less stretchy than I would like, and being only 5’2, I don’t need them that long. Please consider putting this chamois into other Bella shorts."
