Ride it. Wear it. Love it or Return it*. We're proud of the products we sell and we back them unconditionally. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Terry purchase, simply return it for a credit or refund* within a year of your purchase.


RETURNS

Orders starting with # or placed after 10/28/2024:

  • Click here to generate a return shipping label utilizing your order # and shipping zip code
  • You will not be charged for your return if you have chosen to prepay for your return at checkout
  • You will be charged $8 for your return if you opted out of the prepay program at checkout

Orders starting with SO or placed before 10/29/2024:

  • Click here to generate a return shipping label
  • Please email the completed label to yourself for printing.
  • Keep your email with your tracking number for proof of delivery to Terry, and once your package is received, the returns process takes an additional week to complete.
  • When you use this prepaid return label service, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund or exchange. If you would prefer to use your own shipping method, please mail your item(s) to: Terry Returns, 7 Ambrose Place, Burlington, VT 05401.

EXCHANGES

Orders starting with # or placed after 10/28/2024 – Use the return process flow above to process your exchange

Orders starting with SO or placed before 10/29/2024, place a new order for the items you want and reach out to customer service if you need assistance.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Terry does not provide free return shipping unless you prepaid for it at checkout
  • Items returned within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items returned after 30 days, for up to a year, will be credited to a Terry Gift Certificate.
  • Gift returns may be refunded to the gift giver or credited to a gift certificate for the gift receiver.
  • Product returned for refund or exchange must be in new or salable condition. Terry reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for products returned in used or abused condition.
  • Returns are processed within two weeks of receipt at our facility and a return e-mail will be sent when this process is complete.
  • Please include all care tags and packaging with your return, and include your name, address, phone and email information. Refunds may be delayed if this information is missing.
  • Please wear undergarments when trying on cycling bottoms.
