"I have a pair of these shorts which I bought some years ago which are looking well worn so I ordered these in hopes that they were also going to be my new favorite ones. The only difference I see is that the legs are a little less baggy which I like. They have the same pockets that I like (big enough for a cell phone) and the same pull on style waist. "I'm very happy with these shorts' fit, length, and overall look. They are very comfortable and slimming. I love the stretch without the look of a tight legging. The shorts fit as expected, but I forgot to factor in the chamois I planned to wear underneath. The shorts fit perfectly without the chamois, but I should have sized up one size to accommodate the extra padding. If your measurements are on the upper end of your size and you plan on wearing a padded liner, I recommend going one size up."
To high waisted for me.
"This short was just a little bit too high-waisted for me. I am short, have a short torso, and the thick band sits right at the bottom of my ribs. They also fit like yoga pants."

"I really wanted to like these. The waist line was not an elastic stretch comfortable fabric I expected. I hoped they would feel like yoga pants aroung the waste like in the picture, but it didnt. I also did not like the shorts material. It didnt feel like good quality, it was very flimsy and not at all like tear resistant mountain bike shorts they claim to be."

"I ordered a size Small, but the pair I received would fit around the trunk of a Giant Sequoia tree. They're made from a hideous spongy synthetic fabric with a ghastly sheen. I have ordered many items from Terry throughout the years, so the poor sizing, quality and look of this item is a particular disappointment."
