Really wanted to love these shoes - heel cup too wide
"After initially trying on these Prima shoes, I thought I'd finally found my match. They were comfortable out of the box (for size reference, I'm a women's 8.5, high arches, narrow to normal width, purchased a size 41 and the length and width were perfect in the toe box once I put my insoles in), super stylish in all white with black accents, sleek velcro closures instead of the bulky ones so common on cycling shoes, and the dials were easily adjusted to customize the fit. Thinking these were the Goldilocks of all cycling shoes, I carefully installed my cleats and began to pedal. At first, I thought the power transfer was just milder because of the composite sole (my current shoes are Liz Matcha Pros from about five years ago - very stiff carbon sole), which was fine because I was looking for comfort with this purchase. But as I increased my power output, I realized I was losing a lot to movement in the shoes because my heel was sliding up out of the heel cup. It's just too wide. I walked around on the carpet and sure enough, my foot was coming out with every step, even after tightening the shoe down to the point of discomfort. If I size down, the shoe will be too small overall. SIDI says their women-specific last has a narrower heel cup, but that's just not the case here. For some, these really will be the shoes you've been searching for that have the best of everything. My search continues."
