Description

Our goal with the Rover Short was to provide women with a longer length baggy option that can be easily pulled on and comfortably worn on or off the bike. From Italian bike tours to the singletrack of Montana, it's exceeded our high standards for comfort and performance. Made of a recycled stretch woven polyester, it has an easy-fitting printed mesh waistband and is available in a fresh new color. 2 front zippered pockets secure essentials and the 13.25 inch inseam provides excellent coverage without inhibiting mobility thanks to diamond gusseting through the crotch.

Comes ready to ride with Terry’s padded Universal Liner that can swiftly be removed to transition from gravel to travel.

why why why are biking clothes made so small

"The fabric is nice, the liner seems adequate. My main complaint is that Terry Cycling does not have inclusive sizing. Yes, I'm aware that you have a very very limited number of styles in extended sizes. My experience, however, is that your sizing measurements are much smaller than what I normally wear. I'm 5'10" tall. I am smaller on top (size 12/14) and usually a size 16 on bottom. Terry sizing is about 2 sizes difference than my usual clothing suppliers. I usually wear an XL and this size fits correctly. In Terry world an XXL fits very snuggly. YOUR SIZING IS RIDICULOUSLY OUTSIDE OF "NORMS. " Please extend your availability in sizes or accurately size your clothing."

Great if you have no curves

"Made for curvy girls. Wish I could return them but I was desperate for a liner so I had to wear the one that came with the shorts which will go in the trash…. . unfortunately."

Rover bike short

"Fit is perfect and I like the length!"

Weird design but comfortable on the ride

"I have been wearing Terry's Liberty bike short for years (and still using), so I was expecting something similar from the images. The Rover shorts are supposed to be the same length as the Liberty shorts but they're definitely longer, they are also much wider - I feel like I am wearing a skirt when I'm walking around. What I don't like is the waistband - it is very high and the ruched design was quite irritating to the skin - I had to pull up the liner as high as possible to protect my skin from the roughness of the pant band. Having said all that, they ended up being comfortable (with my liner adjustment) and cool on the ride (2 hour blue/black Moab, UT singletrack). I wouldn't buy them again, I'll stick to the Liberty short."

Nice short. Confusing color name.

"The shorts are very nice, just as advertised. Marketing Dept should change the color name. "Black Iris" is misleading since this is actually BLUE. I was very confused between buying this color and Black. It wasn't until I phone in my order that I got clarification."

All day fun

"Waist band is wide and comfortable but tight so it doesn't fall. Short length is longer than usual but comfortable for riding in."

PERFECT

"I was forced to stop riding after the Covid virus affected my right lower leg. I have no sensation whatsoever but I did sign up for a spin class and these are perfect !"
