The Soleil Short provides a refined approach to adding print to cycling bottoms. Our spin is to take our best Soleil jersey prints and turn them into twin mesh pockets that are smartphone friendly and nicely shaped. In addition to being made of UPF 50+ fabric, you'll find that the Soleil has just the right amount of compression and has our Fleet Air chamois with enough padding and ventilation for a full day on the bike.

Remove your shorts and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

"The Soleil short has been my go-to short for several years, I'm on pair 4 now. The fabric is soft, not too tight on the legs and the new side panel pockets are great. The padding is good for our typical 20-40 mile rides. I'm 5'-4",148 lbs and the Large fits perfectly."

"I don’t spend a lot on clothing but bike shorts are the exception. The last pair I bought right at the beginning of COVID has held up and are still soft and comfortable. I am so disappointed to open these bike shorts and see how poor the quality of the fabric is! Gone is the soft fabric that holds things in perfectly. Whatever they are making these shorts out of is stiff and uncomfortable, and they don’t look good either! I will be moving on to another brand. So sad!"

"I rarely find pants/shorts that fit me out of the "box". I have a petite frame, athletic build and don't love traditional bike shorts. I find the waist uncomfortable. These shorts are perfect. The material is soft and stretchy in the right spots, perfect length for shorter ladies, and a great design!"

"These bike shorts are very comfy, and have great pockets. The fabric is stretchy enough to accomodate my thighs and butt muscles, but is still compressive. I also love the color!"

"Love the holster pocket. Fit was a little looser than usual for the same size. Padding is somewhat light but adequate for a ride <40 miles. Price was good (got it on sale). Fabric seems less sturdy, but time will tell if that is okay or not."

"These are my go to shorts. l love the thigh band (no sausage thighs). The pockets are very handy, the length is just right and the padding is perfect. The only thing I would ever change about them is the colored pockets. It would be easier to match them with a colored jersey if the pockets weren't so beautifully colorful already."

"Had high hopes for these bike shorts. The look, color splash, material and substantial padding are all great however the waste band is narrow and uncomfortable. They also run a little small for my athletic build: ordered a M should have ordered a L. I'm 5'3" and 137lbs, short wasted."
